Online Competition Terms and Conditions

Competition Rules

1. Participants must maintain proper conduct and respect public morals during live conversations.

2. Participants must answer all ten questions presented in the competition.

3. Registration for the program is completely free of charge.

4. Registration must be completed using an email address and phone number.

5. After the winners are selected, their names will be entered into an electronic raffle.

6. The names of the winners will be announced on all social media platforms belonging to the company.

7. Prizes will be delivered within 72 hours after the winner completes and submits the prize request form.

8. The company has the right to interview the winner through the program via video or audio call only.

9. The competition is limited to participants residing within the State of Kuwait.

10. If the winner does not complete the prize request form within 72 hours, the prize will be cancelled.

11. Prizes will be provided in kind by the official sponsor.

12. The competition terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the State of Kuwait.

13. Each participant is permitted to register on only one device.

14. The winner must provide a copy of their Civil ID and enter all required information correctly and completely in the prize request form.

15. If the winner does not collect the prize from the official sponsor within 10 days, their entitlement to the prize will be cancelled.

16. The winner is not entitled to request that the value of the prize be converted into cash.

17. The winner may not authorize or send another person to collect the prize on their behalf.

18. The program has the right to take all necessary legal action in the event that a participant posts abusive, insulting, or morally inappropriate comments.

19. The program has the right to publish all competition episodes on all social media platforms and other media channels, including live broadcasts featuring the official sponsor and the winners.

Official Sponsor

1. Requests to become an official sponsor must be submitted through the application or the company's website.

2. The official sponsor must complete the sponsorship form and provide the required documents, including a copy of the sponsor's license and Civil ID.

3. The sponsorship request must be submitted at least 72 hours before the competition is broadcast, with all requirements completed, including filling in the required information, making the payment, and uploading the required sponsor documents.

4. Sponsorship fees do not include the prizes. The official sponsor is responsible for providing the prizes in kind from its own products and delivering them to the winners selected through the raffle.

5. Once the sponsorship payment has been completed, the official sponsor becomes bound by all applicable terms and conditions, and the amount paid is non-refundable.

6. If the sponsorship request is completed but payment is not made within 24 hours, the request will be automatically cancelled.

7. The sponsor is fully responsible for the prizes, whether by sending them to the company's premises, delivering them directly to the winner, or arranging for the winner to collect them from the official sponsor's premises.

8. The names of the winners will be sent to the official sponsor immediately after the raffle and after the winners complete the prize request form.

9. The official sponsor is not permitted to publish or disclose the competition questions anywhere before the competition has been broadcast, in order to preserve the quality and integrity of the competition.

10. The official sponsor is not permitted to participate in answering the questions or enter the raffle as a contestant.

11. If the sponsor requests to deliver the prizes directly, the sponsor must provide the program with proof of delivery by sending the winner's delivery receipt to the program via email.

12. If the prize is not delivered to the winner, the program has the right to take all necessary legal action and seek compensation from the official sponsor, as the sponsor has committed to providing the prizes.
