ONLINE COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Participants must respect public etiquette during live chats.
  2. All ten (10) questions must be answered.
  3. Registration in the program is free of charge.
  4. Registration must be completed using an email address and phone number.
  5. After winning, winners’ names will be entered into an electronic draw.
  6. Winners’ names will be announced across all company social media platforms.
  7. Prizes will be delivered within 72 hours after completing the prize claim form.
  8. The company reserves the right to interview the winner via video or audio call only.
  9. The competition is limited to participants within the State of Kuwait.
  10. If the prize claim form is not completed within 72 hours, the prize will be canceled.
  11. Prizes will be delivered in-kind by the official sponsor.
  12. All competition terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the State of Kuwait.
  13. Participants are not allowed to register from more than one device per contestant.
  14. The winner must add a debit card and provide complete and accurate information in the prize claim form.
  15. If the prize is not collected from the official sponsor within 10 days, the winner’s eligibility will be canceled.
  16. Winners are not entitled to request conversion of the prize into cash.
  17. Winners are not allowed to appoint a representative to collect the prize on their behalf.
  18. The program reserves the right to take legal action against any participant who posts abusive or inappropriate comments.
  19. The program has the right to publish all competition episodes across social media and other platforms, including live broadcast segments with the official sponsor and winners.

OFFICIAL SPONSOR TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Sponsor requests must be submitted through the application or the company’s website.
  2. The sponsor must complete the official sponsor form and provide required documents, such as a copy of the license and civil ID.
  3. Sponsorship requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the program broadcast, including completing all requirements such as question submission, payment, and document upload.
  4. Sponsorship fees do not include the prize costs. The official sponsor is responsible for providing the prize value in the form of their own products to be awarded to winners.
  5. Once payment is completed, the sponsor is bound by all terms, and the amount is non-refundable.
  6. If a sponsorship request is submitted but payment is not completed within 24 hours, the request will be automatically canceled.
  7. The sponsor is responsible for providing all prizes, whether by delivering them to the company, shipping them to winners, or hosting winners at the sponsor’s location.
  8. Winners’ names will be sent directly to the official sponsor after the draw and completion of the prize claim form.
  9. The sponsor is not allowed to publish the competition questions before the program is aired, in order to maintain quality.
  10. The official sponsor is not allowed to participate in answering questions or entering the draw.
  11. If the sponsor chooses to deliver prizes directly, they must provide proof of delivery (receipt) to the program via email.
  12. If the sponsor fails to deliver the prize, the program reserves the right to take legal action and claim compensation, as the sponsor has committed to providing the prizes.
